Anyways, so if you're carrying twins and you have an abortion, is it 60 reprimands and a $1,000 fine? Or does Jerry just go with the original punishment?

i think they'd go with whichever punishes you more - double the fine to cover twice the product of sin.
What I can't believe is that if you have suicidal thoughts or actions, you get fined and 30 reprimands. Good grief. What a way to have a bunch of suicidal college students who can't tell anyone, or they will lose what sense of normalcy they have.
