g'morning, kids. something i've learned since leaving a breakfast meeting at the Drake: don't have breakfast at the Drake. $108 for 4 people?? what the hell?!

I used to have a business breakfast for two once or twice a year at the Ritz-Carlton. I think it was usually about $35 or $40 (~15 years ago) for, say, a bagel and cream cheese with OJ for me and something comparable for my guest. Expense reports are essential for hotel breakfasts!
