so... today at the office we saw someone take truly unprofessional behavior to a whole new level.
not going into details but beware the wrath of a HR professional who has been let go.

But how can you *not* go into details. Throwing things? Screaming? Actually beating someone up? There's scurrilosity just waiting to be revealed.
Oh dear, I hope it all ends up okay. I recently read Gavin DeBecker's book _The gift of fear_ , and he describes how to assess whether or not these things are likely to escalate. It's a decent read (except for his tendency to engage in some victim-blaming - but it's still a useful read).

just a super-duper inappropriate email designed to frighten the staff and create resentment for senior staff.
i've never seen anyone use really bad judgment like that before. i mean, it was bad. he had to be escorted from the building.
and now, since we know he's not really a big fan of feminism AND he has a big military record, we're afraid he's going to go super postal.
